The ZD-1820 high-vacuum evaporation coating equipment features a well-designed double-door structure, delivering high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and uniform films with excellent coating quality.
The machine operates by using resistance heating inside a vacuum chamber to melt and vaporize metal coating materials. Metal molecules then deposit onto the substrate, forming a smooth, highly reflective metal coating that enhances the surface appearance of the items.
Processable materials include: ABS, PS, PP, PC, PVC, TPU, nylon, glass, ceramics, metals, and more.
Surface conditions that can be coated include: electroplated glossy, matte (semi-matte and full matte), and textured electroplating such as wrinkles, brushing, and raindrop effects. Available coating colors include gold, silver, red, blue, green, purple, and rainbow.
